About ICC Engage Cards

ICC Engage Cards are the final visual portion of the ICC unit to be presented to users after completing their interactions with the questionnaires. The roles of the ICC Engage Cards are:

a) to provide digital feedback to the user on their activity, and

b) to present and convert users using a tailored commercial offer based on their preferences

 

The Coupon Engage Card

The Coupon Engage Card is the most attractive and cost-effective way to convert user interactions into commercial actions, and a good alternative to traditional landing pages and pop-up coupon widgets. The Coupon Engage Card includes user feedback and a tailored commercial offer based on user preferences, allowing you to include multiple offers in one single ICC unit. This Engage Card can be used with all ICC units.

  2. Redirect users to specific pages based on their preferences
